Order Processing/Shipping Time
Orders are generally shipped out within 3 days. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Custom orders may take an additional couple days, depending on the size of the order. Orders paid for by PayPal eCheck are shipped once the eCheck has cleared, which takes about 3-4 days.

Shipping Costs
USA: If you order 1 - 4 barrettes, shipping costs just $1.50. If you order 5 or more barrettes, shipping costs $2.50. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS. You may also option US Priority Mail for an additional cost.
Canada: Purchases up to $45.00, shipping costs just $2.50 USD. Purchases over $45.00, shipping costs just $10.00 USD. All orders are shipped via First Class USPS.

Do you ship internationally?
In addition to the United States, we ship to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Return Policy
We are confident you will be happy with your order. However, if you decide the size, color or anything else is just not what you expected, we will refund your order after receiving the unworn hair clip(s) in the mail. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns that have been worn.
